A buddy of mine invented, manufactures and has applied for a patent for a specially designed stainless steel eyeglass clip that could easily be attached to most any pair of prescription glasses, reading glasses or sunglasses utilizing clear heat shrink tubing so that the eye wear could be placed in one’s shirt pocket, when not being worn, and would resist falling out of the pocket if the person were to bend over for any reason, thus preventing the eyeglass lens from being damaged or scratched upon impact with the ground or floor.

Using our home computer & printer, my wife and I came up with some graphics and packaging to market the “Clip Kits” to retailers who would display them for their customers, shown here:

And then a couple of years ago, at the International Vision Expo in Las Vegas, NV, I met the CEO of Hard Case, www.Hard-Case.com who is a Pro at cost effective professional packaging. He had a prototype, created in Asia, of packaging for our “Clip Kit” shown here:

Of course the graphics could be customized for any customer’s needs. The “Lens Caddy Clip Kit” would be ideal for retailers like: Walmart, Rite Aid, Walgreens, Optometrists, Vision Centers & hardware stores or even a Snap-On Tool Truck, since the eyeglass clip predominantly would be used by men.
